This article elaborates on how I redesigned an important product flow, which was to Create a new test in order to reduce customer support calls for the company.

This platform helps to evaluate developers on behalf of the hiring company. The tests can be created by company representatives and have different formats like MCQs, coding rounds, Live coding rounds, and Project-based tasks. Talscale can be also used to evaluate a larger pool of unique candidates at the same time (for example Placement rounds in colleges)
The existing Talscale information architecture is majorly divided into 5 Branches (or sections):
Users are mainly employers from the client's team who are looking to hire developers in no time.
